NO I have had issues in the past with one of the service employees that was not handles very well. I finally paid for an item for my car that should have been replaced by Hyundai. I sometimes think you try to push too many cars through and work can become sloppy. I in know way want to tell you how to run your service department but if i get my car back and things that were suppose to be done weren't done or weren't done right I let them know. More
