Dear Jenni, I spoke to my salesperson at length after this occurrence and she assured me she would share my feedback. If there was any interest in keeping me as a customer, someone should have reached out to me at that time. Short of making good on the deal I patiently wasted 11 weeks waiting for, there is nothing that would make me do further business with this dealership.
