They sell a car with a known issue and won't replace. They will try to use the line the that bank owns the car but if they can do a swap within 3 days (this is their policy) - they can do it within 8. From the minute I walked into the dealership meeting my salesperson Lauren Zynel who was great listen to exactly what I wanted and showed me every detail of the PALISADE SUV I was looking at. She even insisted on staying late for 2 hours to deliver my car after financing. then I had the pleasure of meeting Mohammad Raza finance manager who was great, not pushy didn't try to push extra stuff that usually they do at this time of every car buying experience. but he took the extra time to ask me about my driving habits and how long I keep my cars and showed me the real value in an extended warranty and their great service package. which by the way I took. during the sale, General Manager Mike Meah came and introduce himself to ask how he could help and again no pressure. It is without a doubt MIKE HAS THE GREATEST STAFF IVE ENCOUNTER IN CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. I went to Elgin Hyundai after a terrible experience with a dealer 5 minutes from my house. I love this dealership there is no appointment needed for the service center, they see you as soon as they can if not immediately. The staff is super nice and helpful especially to someone as young as myself the service center, they see you as soon as they can if not immediately. The staff is super nice and helpful especially to someone as young as myself who knows very little about cars. Also they have a very comfortable waiting area with free coffee and phone charging stations which is so caring! The whole process is fast and painless! More

We came to an agreement on the car price and decided to come into the dealership. Prior to going in I called several times to confirm and sent a few emails. I get to the dealership confirmed the price again. I start working with a salesman under Jim they took down my information. I told them I don't want to have my credit ran until we have the paperwork in front of us with the final numbers. Not only did they run my credit without my permission but they also made me wait until after closing. At that point Jim came in and told me the number that we agreed upon will not be able to be offered. I asked if he just lied to me on the phone and he flatly answered, "yes". They have very deceptive practices. Take my advice and work with another dealer there are plenty around town. The other thing is be careful going into the store. They have employees working with customers without a mask. More
