Poor experience Upon arrival I walked into the first door to the counter, after several minutes a man came and said I needed to go find an available agent at the desk Upon arrival I walked into the first door to the counter, after several minutes a man came and said I needed to go find an available agent at the desks in rooms next to the counter. I waited several more minutes for one to be available then the agent told me to bring my car into the bay. I did so and another person came up and greeted me when I told him why I was there he sent me back to the agent. I went back to the agents desk and finally he filled out the paperwork. I was there for my first oil change and it was not busy at all. After waiting almost two hours someone came out and told me I needed a battery, the cost was very high so I said no. Finally after over two hours someone came out and said my car was ready. I asked about the battery and was told there's no warranty. I purchased the car less than 4 months ago and woyld have thought a new battery was installed but I guess not. Overall my experience was poor waiting over two hours for an oil change and Im very disappointed that I have to spend money on a battery. More

Busy time I booked an appointment a few weeks ahead, and they are great about scheduling you in for service. It was for service of my door handles, which I assu I booked an appointment a few weeks ahead, and they are great about scheduling you in for service. It was for service of my door handles, which I assumed would be covered. I would have liked to know ahead if covered, but didn't get the call back until hours later that it wasn't covered. They were, however, kind of enough to quote a price. So basically, the only service end up being an oil change, but they did do a complete inspection for free. My only complaint is how busy they are and overbooking customers, which leaves the customer in he Libby for hours at a time. Other than that, the staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. More

Easy buy I was in need of a car, and wanted a Ford Fusion. He went beyond being helpful, and assisted us with meeting our requirements for getting a new car. Even after the sale he is checking in to make we are satisfied with the purchase.
