Great Service with Quick Write Up On an iPad First time bringing my Ford C-Max Energi into this dealership. I was immediately greeted by Michael Neff who was very friendly, exceptionally quick a First time bringing my Ford C-Max Energi into this dealership. I was immediately greeted by Michael Neff who was very friendly, exceptionally quick and efficient putting everything in on his iPad. I liked being greeted that way right in my car. He was upfront that they would probably have to order the parts for the recall but that they could get all of my other service work knocked out that same day... without an appointment. Everything was done right and they even cleaned my vehicle at NO CHARGE. What a nice touch!!! Definitely recommend and will return for future service visits. Was so happy that I let their Service Manager, Dennis Russ and their General Manager, Terald Hopkins know. These guys were all terrific. More
Two Disappointing experiences with service department In July we brought in our Mustang for brake service which was done, but before we had driven 1 mile down the road, the brakes locked up. We drove the car back and then we were told that we needed additional work done on the car (which wasn't mentioned when itr was first brought in) but they would share a small portion of the cost of repair with us and since we needed the vehicle, we agreed. This took another day or more. Within the next day after picking up the car, we noticed the car always pulled to the right when brakes were applied. We once more took it back and left it to be corrected, stating that we would not pay any additional repair costs for the brakes. Late that day we were contacted and told that the right ball joint was bad and causing the problem and had to be replaced. The same ball joint that was operating successfully before any brake work had been done at all. When we went to pick up the car, we were told that we were now members of a VIP club and eligible for all kinds of perks. Primarily, we were introduced to a sales person who's sole purpose was to sell us a new car. Perfect timing.... Each time we bring one of our vehicles in, (which we have been doing for several years now) the condition of the car/engine, etc is reviewed and recommendations are made as to repair of same and how urgent the proposed repairs are. Less than two weeks later, the car suddenly would not start and when it did, it sounded like it was out of gas and would not continue to run. We got it to Elder's service and left it in the drop off area and the next day they charged us $100 to clear away some excess fuel around the tank and we assumed it was fixed....until a week or so later. The exact same thing happened and we had it towed to them and this time they told us they could find 'nothing wrong', according to their computer. We were forced to take the car as is and hope we made it home. When the same problem occurred again three days later, we took it to another garage since we now had little to no confidence in Elder's ability or desire to correct the problem, and their mechanic found the issue in literally minutes. The car was repaired same day and we have not had an issue since. It's unlikely that we will ever return to Elder Ford again. More

From start to finish every employee that helped me was personable, extremely professional, and cared about me as a customer. Jim Wetzel oversaw the extensive repairs to my Mustang after I was hit by a reckless driver. Jim was beyond courteous throughout the entire repair process. He constantly kept me updated regarding the repair status and answered every question that I had for him. My Pony came back as a good as new and I couldn't be anymore satisfied by the beautiful work that was done. Thank you for making what is usually an unpleasant experience into the opposite. I will never use any other body shop in Tampa and I will 100% recommend the Elder Ford Collision Center to all of my family and friends. ~Melissa More

This dealership 2xs now has told me to go back to where I purchased the car..I called back to the dealership where I purchased car and they told me that was BS and is covered at any Ford since it was put in by Ford and warrantied by Ford...So another morning wasted. Think it is time to try another dealership. More

Nevertheless they found other issues and assisted in resolving my newly bought vehicle's issues ( which was purchased at a wellknown rental company) i was completely dissattisfied with the customer service received by the other company i purchasd my vehicle. But Ford actually took the extra mile to make me happy!!! And assist in all the. Legal automotor needs!!! Tottaly satisfied! No discrimanator of persons!!! I will recommend here to anyone! More

Rip Off Don't go Here! The service people are not honest and will rip you off. I took my Lincoln MKX in for some routine repairs yesterday. I needed a tire Don't go Here! The service people are not honest and will rip you off. I took my Lincoln MKX in for some routine repairs yesterday. I needed a tire patched quoted $25 and the door ajar light was not turning off when the door was closed. My car has an extended warranty with $100 deductible. So I'm looking at $125 repair. The service guy Rob calls me up and tells me I need $747 dollars worth of repairs, including brakes and a new tire. He said there was a nail in the side of the tire and it could not be repaired that is a lie. I wish I could upload pictures but the nail was directly in the center of the tire and I got it repaired elsewhere for $25. I was also told that there was nothing to be replaced with the door ajar light but they cleaned the sensor for $150 (A replaced sensor would have cost $100 with my warranty) how ironic. After I stated I did not have $747 he asked me how much did I have. Lesson learned no repairs @ $150. Worst experience ever, don't go here. More
