Awesome Experience I was having an issue with my vehicle and it was towed to another dealership. Quoted wrong price Called a week before I made appointment to confirm price of simple alignment. Then made appointment and dropped truck off. Idiots 1. my number one complaint is no one from this dealership ever calls you back despite promises to do so. There have been several times that I called 1. my number one complaint is no one from this dealership ever calls you back despite promises to do so. There have been several times that I called them late in the afternoon and it's like oh yes your car has been ready for a while now. Or there's the flip side of that which is at 5 at turns out your car is not done and now you have no way of getting home. 2. The radio will have been replaced twice within a two-year period. This last time it took over by visits before they finally will leave me that the radio was wagging. And then on the 5th visit they ordered the part and then cancelled it for some stupid reason shortly thereafter. It's hard as it is to believe in this day and age I am going to go 6 weeks without a radio in my car or a GPS working correctly From almost the first month I have the car there are channels in the sunroof were block with dirt and kept leaking on me every time it rained. It took four visits before they became convinced there was a problem and then when it was fixed they actually charge me because it had been over a year since I got the car and despite the fact that I told them about it within two weeks of receiving the lease they still charged because they don't fix dirt semicolon of course the car came with the dirt from the factory! Did I mention NO ONE, even the service department operator, calls back when they promised they will. More
