Exceptional professionalism and integrity I purchased my used vehicle from elder last year. Suddenly seeing a check engine light a couple weeks ago I was concerned. I drove straight to the de I purchased my used vehicle from elder last year. Suddenly seeing a check engine light a couple weeks ago I was concerned. I drove straight to the dealership's repair department. All of the reps were gone or busy (as it was a friday evening around 430pm) except two women. They immediately attended to my issue and checked the codes right in front of me. I had my vehicle in a few weeks prior for the same issue and was told there were no codes and the warning light did not come on for the repair shop so having it checked in front of me was reassuring. It being so late in the day and not having the technician in they promptly put me in a loaner vehicle, a brand new f150 just like last time. No issues there! The repair shop addressed the problem by researching the issue, special ordered the parts, replaced it and even listed a part that was damaged and replaced on install on the report all while keeping me regularly updated throughout. The issue being adressed so fast, professionally and with honesty shows an above normal standard in the automotive repair industry. Thank you for fostering an above average work ethic and integrity in your employees. Everyone I delt with from the greeter to the technition was respectful and pleasent. The salesman that sold me the car even came over to check in on me when he saw me leaving the service lot. Not only does this make me happy to own a Ford with pride but it keeps me a faithful customer to be treated with such respect. Thank you! More

They suggest only the necessary and provide a loaner auto if kept overnight without charge. My auto is an well maintained older model. Recently had a problem with a side mirror. The part is no longer available, but they made it functional and I was not charged. Definitely my go-to for repairs and a new auto when necessary. More

3 vehicle collision in the service drive Took my 94 ford f150 in for transmission service, i bought this truck new 24 yrs ago its very special to me, while parked in the service drive an suv Took my 94 ford f150 in for transmission service, i bought this truck new 24 yrs ago its very special to me, while parked in the service drive an suv slams into the back of my truck and pushed it into a car parked in front of my truck now i have a damaged truck , they dont care. They found my transmission to be bad and put in a used(not rebuilt) one for $2300 seems to high of price, took it home brought it back 2 days later with a transmission leak, they kept it for 2 days said it was fixed, took it home, it still leaks, i will never bring it back to elder ford unless the transmission acts up within the warranty period I'm a very unsatisfied customer More

Total waste of my time Had 830 am appointment. I dropped the car off the night before. At 1245 pm I had not received a call about the car so I called. Was told that someone Had 830 am appointment. Was told that someone would call me back, when called I told it was getting looked at by a tech. I asked why is the tech still looking at it when I had a 830 appointment. I was told just because I had an 830 appointment didn't mean it would be looked at at that time. Was told all dealerships do it like that. Sorry but that's not true, I take my Subaru in and it is looked at within a reasonable time. Not impressed at all. Will take my car to another Ford dealerships for any other service it needs. More
