Total waste of my time Had 830 am appointment. I dropped the car off the night before. At 1245 pm I had not received a call about the car so I called. Was told that someone Had 830 am appointment. Was told that someone would call me back, when called I told it was getting looked at by a tech. I asked why is the tech still looking at it when I had a 830 appointment. I was told just because I had an 830 appointment didn't mean it would be looked at at that time. Was told all dealerships do it like that. Sorry but that's not true, I take my Subaru in and it is looked at within a reasonable time. Not impressed at all. Will take my car to another Ford dealerships for any other service it needs. More

Electrical panel that works all Sync components died. My car had to go go on a flatbed tow truck to get to the dealer. I had it there in plenty of time for a scheduled 2pm appointment. 24 hours later I ca My car had to go go on a flatbed tow truck to get to the dealer. I had it there in plenty of time for a scheduled 2pm appointment. 24 hours later I called to check on my car but they had it as a “no show” for the 2pm appointment. Long story short they lost my car because the tow truck driver was told to park in the wrong place. It took over a week to complete the repairs but they gave me a free loaner. My contact person at Elder Ford was Toni. She was amazingly helpful and friendly!! More
RV Engin Repair Driving down from PA to FL, our Motor Home developed an engin problem. We stoped at an number of places on our way but none could help us. We we arriv Driving down from PA to FL, our Motor Home developed an engin problem. We stoped at an number of places on our way but none could help us. We we arrived at our camp ground , we called a number of Ford Dealerships to see if they could help us. The largest dealership said the earliest they could get us in was in three weeks, well after we would be moving on. When I called Elder, the Fleet Service Advisor said he could check out our problem the very next day. My wife and I and our two dogs delivered the R V at 9 am the next morning. The Fleet Service Advisor and the mechanic were extremely friendly and accomadating. The problem was quickly diagnosed and an employee drove an hour and a half one way to get the part we needed. Once he returned three hours later. The tecknition installed the part in about an hour and a half and we were back on the road to our campground. Problem solved! While waiting, my wife and I and the two dogs set op our lawn chairs in a shady area and even had a picnic after a shuttle driver took me to a local fast food restaurant where I bought lunch for us. Everyone at Elder Ford was extreme nice to us. I highly recommend their motor home engin service More
Oil change. See below comment I've lived for Ford's as long as I can remember. The only problem I have is thst when I brought my car in for the first oil change they washed and vac I've lived for Ford's as long as I can remember. The only problem I have is thst when I brought my car in for the first oil change they washed and vacummed my car and which was free I guessreason being because of the new purchase. The second time I brought my car for an oil change, the car was not washed. Just a little confused. Wondering why the same courtesy was not shown after paying for the second oil change. Im just at a wow! moment. More

Initial diagnosis didn't reveal the problem, they called me for approval for additional testing. Found a broken valve spring and gave me an estimate, truck was ready to pick up 2 days later and the final bill was LESS than quoted. Didn't try to upsell me anything!
