Bare minimum service While I did come in towards the end of the day, my initial experience felt rushed. The service technician had me out the door and in an Uber (which wa While I did come in towards the end of the day, my initial experience felt rushed. The service technician had me out the door and in an Uber (which was a poor driver) before fully going over what to expect the next day when they had a chance to look at my vehicle. I did receive multiple texts on my way home which would have required me to sign up for a text service in order to communicate with the service technician. When I called the next day to get a status on my vehicle, because I hadn't been called, I had to call multiple times and leave messages that were not returned. Fortunately the problem was a simple belt replacement. However it took longer than originally promised. (I ended up coming the next day to retrieve my vehicle.) Although the service technician did go over other issues discovered while my vehicle was repaired, I noticed the next day that my cruise control was no longer working. (The display would light up but it didn't actually function.) I called the next day to report issue it the service technician and advise that I could wait until I had an opportunity to have on one of the other issues discussed addressed to have the cruise control restored. I left a message and to date have not received a call back. More

Good service department I had an overall good experience with the service department. The advisor kept in communication with me for the most part. I was informed that my car would be ready by Monday, but I had to call the dealership twice before I could get in contact with the advisor. That's when he informed me that my car was not ready and it would take another day before I can pick up the car. More
