A big thank you! Our 2001 Ford Econoline van would not start after driving to Tampa. AAA towed us to your dealership and Keith Lowe was very helpful since service is n Our 2001 Ford Econoline van would not start after driving to Tampa. AAA towed us to your dealership and Keith Lowe was very helpful since service is not open on Sunday. We even got a discount for a rental car from Enterprise to drive back to Lakeland. I was called Monday morning and approved repairs; fuel pump and filter. It was ready Wednesday and they discovered a bad coil, which was quickly replaced after my approval. Toni is fantastic, she sent an Uber to bring me to the dealership, an hour drive. My van runs fabulous! More

Power steering assist fault I got a warning light on my dash 1 time that is related to a recall. I dropped it off and Toni called me in morning no problem found no work done best I got a warning light on my dash 1 time that is related to a recall. I know that sounds normal but most times if nothing is found they try to stick you with a diag charge not in this case so I wanted to get the rack replaced but no need to do unnecessary work so I’m good More

Lack of Communication Hi, I took my car to be serviced for three things. I always have a pretty good experience but I have to say, this time the communication from the Hi, I took my car to be serviced for three things. I always have a pretty good experience but I have to say, this time the communication from the service rep was lacking. I felt like I had to call him in order for him to call be and give me an update. I don’t normally ever complain, but I was shocked. I had to leave my car 4 days so you would think I would have been communicated with more often. Amanda was a huge help. She actually provided me with updates more than the service rep did. I am the customer and shouldn’t have to call 2 times a day to know if I’ll still need to borrow someone’s car..... the vacuum job on my car was also rushed. He gave it to be free which I assume is because it was forgotten and done last minute. If a rep says they will call you the day you drop of your car to give you an update, then call. I shouldn’t have to call 7 hours later. I have plenty of time and chances. The whole experience was just a frustration. Very surprised for this location, as all the other reps I’ve had have been great. I know people make mistakes, but it’s common courtesy to call your customers. More

I did not receive a callback and additional my car stayed all Friday 2/23/2018 without my approval or a courtesy call from Chris. Finally after talking with Chris supervisor late Friday who promised that Chris will call me in 30 minutes which I never happened, I called back and spoke with Chris and I told him that I will decline the 2000 estimate so I will go Saturday morning at 8:00 am to pick my car. Then my car was not ready so I have to wait for over an hour. More
