Service rep was great but actual service was not Tyandre at Elder Ford did a great job with customer service. However, the technician(s) who bled my coolant system and put new coolant in failed to ensure all air bubbles were out of the system. I drove my truck less than 2 miles before my temp gauge was critically hot and my radiator light turned on. Had to tow the truck back to service station and wait until Monday morning to have the coolant system re-bled. Tyandre was very courteous and apologetic despite the issue not being directly his fault. Dealerships are notoriously more expensive when it comes to service, and I’m well aware that I probably over-paid for a 60k service and rear-brake service on my vehicle, but if I’m going to drop $850, I expect my vehicle to be returned in working order. I was pretty disappointed to not have that be the case, hence the average rating I’m giving this dealership. So while the service reps are great here, the technicians have room to improve. More
Service was excellent! My battery had died that morning. I got it recharged but was concerned about driving it. I had called another Ford dealer and they couldn't get me in until the following day. I called Elder Ford and they said bring it right in. I took it in and Jason in servicce was very helpful. He explained how long it would take and what they would do. My Explorer was also due for an oil change so he said they could definitely do that too. I was in and out in less than 2 hours! I will be going back to Elder Ford for all my service needs. Thanks! More

Worst experience EVER I will start out by saying I wish there was away to go back and not do a deal at your dealership. This is been the worst experience of my life buying I will start out by saying I wish there was away to go back and not do a deal at your dealership. This is been the worst experience of my life buying a vehicle. I bought my last vehicle from your dealership using a sales rep from Brandon Ford I used several years prior. So I went in to Elder Ford in February to get an oil change, I have been considering trading in my Tuscany truck. Why your service department is doing the oil change I look around at trucks to see if there's anything that I liked, I found a truck I like it was not ideal with everything I was looking for in it. I spoke with my sales person we went back and forth about options and pricing we could not make the deal happen. I go to leave in my truck that I brought in for an oil change to only realize my truck was damaged on the front bumper. No one at the dealership notified me of the damage I noticed it before leaving, so the sales rep I was working with got me a manager. That manager is now willing to do whatever he can do to make that deal on the new truck I was looking at. I proceeded with the purchase, once I was in the finance department I felt like I was trying to be bullied into purchasing the warranty which I did not want. I was was also told 2 different interest rates and I verbally chose the lower one and was given the higher one. This is something i should of noticed but i didnt. My sales rep advised me that I would be getting two visa cards due to a promotion they were doing which I have never received, yet I was advised that up I did the survey and make sure I give five stars they would give me $100 cash. A couple options that I did choose to be done to my new vehicle was to have the grill painted and to also have leather installed, I dropped off my vehicle on Friday was told it would be ready Saturday after 5 to be picked up. No call no communication from the dealership I show up after 5 my vehicle's not ready and being told by another person they don't know why I was told 5 it won't be ready till Tuesday now. I asked for my vehicle to be pulled around so I can get paperwork out of it to do my taxes because I have an appointment on Monday with my accountant, I was told they would drive me across the street to my vehicle and then I was told it was not there. I have text Robert Tucci and Leesa Elder to confirm that they will bring me my truck tomorrow morning at 8 am but no one is responding. I have bought 5 vehicles in the last 9 years. I dont understand the POOR customer service at the dealership, I can say if I could do this again I promise I would not buy a truck at your dealership. More

God xxxx CROOKS. When i called and spoke to some girl that made my appointment,i asked her if they did work on my 93 Ford E150 because i had to get it towed there and When i called and spoke to some girl that made my appointment,i asked her if they did work on my 93 Ford E150 because i had to get it towed there and she said yes,so i did.When i arrived with it there was an issue with not being able to do it because of lack of older equipment reqiured.Was told the mechanic won't touch it unless i agreed to a minimum of 3 hrs at a charge of $320.00 to to throught it.They called Lincoln dealer up the block but he didn't have the equipment either.I had no choice but to leave it because i had it towed there.When it was all said and done, my final bill was $588 dollars and some change.They Tried to over charge for parts by over 5 x's for PCM unit $672.00 dollars that i found locally after rebate for $99.00 dollars.Was told they called around and only found one place that had it.With in 10m i found several that had it.And $170.00 dollers for Ignition Module that i found locally also for $36.00 dollars after discount at the same place.My total bill was $588 and change.Cause my van was there for several days..After doing the work test driving my van was told it was fine.They never put back the Dog house intake hose or air box.It Drove like crap even stalled.They told me it was test driven and drove Ok.It was sputtering,idled hi and smelled like gas.I Was so pissed of,i called and made appointment to bring it back the next morning.They were still un able to do anything and sent me to Fussion Auto on N. Nebraska Ave because he had the equipment needed.THEY SHOULD HAVE SENT ME THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE.That's good buisness.The Mechanic at Fussuion had my van running great after a couple of hrs. More
