I was surprised that when I made the appt no one checked to see if the part was in stock and no one has tried to reschedule or notify me about the part stock status I am very disappointed in the professionalism of this dealership service More

Service I just found out on email that my car supposedly needs new brakes and new tires. No one told me anything when I had my car serviced. Kinda inconvenien I just found out on email that my car supposedly needs new brakes and new tires. No one told me anything when I had my car serviced. Kinda inconvenient since I live in Lakeland and only go to Tampa when I need SERVICES done on my vehicle. If someone had told me, I could've had them at least give me a price quote and set up an appt if needed. Took me a week to get an appt just for an oil change. I had to call 4 times in a week to get that appt because I kept getting told someone would call from the office for an appt. Was trying to use up all my points there so that I never have to go there for service again and go where it is more convenient for me without the hassle. Kinda glad I won't be going there anymore to purchase any other vehicles and I'm letting all my family and friends know about this and telling them not to go to elder Ford for purchase or service. More
