Shaun is my new servise advisor other service guy was no longer there. I Remember years ago I never had to make appointment for oil change., but guess it’s changed. or different times now. They use too have 2 people at service desk and it says on sign quick oil change or something like that.. it had been awhile since my last time at service. The $14.95 coupon was fantastic. While Maurice was showing me the new mustang 5.0 he also helped with service for my 2016 Ford Fusion titanium. I have purchased 4 vehicles from elder ford Tampa and my neighbor across the street from me I put a note on there front door to go to elder ford Tampa and talk to maurice, Maurice has been my salesman for 4 yrs and he will always be my salesman and no one else. I said it's been done at Ford garages but he didn't care.so I called Port Richey Ford and they took care of everything no charge. My f150 looks like the day I bought it and has never been touched by anyone but Ford. I am still under factory warranty, And have done service on time or early. More

Mike told me to wait, so I did. When he was ready for me, I told him, my name and this is my wife's vehicle, and this is what she wants done. Seeing my vehicle being dropped off, I returned to Michael, and told to wait. Seeing no other customers, I asked what was I waiting for? He said invoice was not turned in, and can't be found. Now waited for invoice to be found. Upon taking possession of vehicle, he informed me a survey will be sent. I told him, it won't be good, and he chuckled. P.S. my wife informed me that she was called on Saturday, to remind her that her vehicle is ready to be picked up. She told your employee that she already has it. More

Auto Butler Detail I brought my car in for my bi-yearly Auto Butler detail as a part of my warranty. According to the Auto Butler description, the service provided incl I brought my car in for my bi-yearly Auto Butler detail as a part of my warranty. According to the Auto Butler description, the service provided includes exterior wash, the special wax applicstion, and a full detail of the interior. The first two parts were done very well. However, the staff did NOT do anything to my interior whatsoever. Not even a vacuum. Not happy about this whatsoever for the amount of money I paid for the Auto Butler to be a part of my warranty. I was not able to speak with the Service Rep, Johnny, because I was in a rush and had to leave. I will not be bringing my car back to this dealership. More

First he said it would a two days to get the part then said it would be a month. I first took it in on 01/30/2018 and now its middle of March and it still is not fixed. We called the service manager Joe Lane left him a message but not heard from him. I also called Chris on 2/27/2018 and he said the part is still not in. I always take my vehicles to you guys for service and have always be happy with the staff. Thank You Patricia Allen More
