If you have a service issue don’t come here Today is the 3 Rd time I have had to bring my truck back for service and all 3 times have been less than mediocre and the first two times I brought it Today is the 3 Rd time I have had to bring my truck back for service and all 3 times have been less than mediocre and the first two times I brought it back for the two same issues and I still have no resolution they basically said it’s something I have to live with . This time I brought it back to install a new USB port that I was told they had the part for and I decided to have an oil change and also bring back the keys to the car as one doesn’t work at all and the other will only open the doors when it feels like it . These two keys we’re supposedly new keys that were programmed the first time I came in and now don’t work . After sitting here for 2 hours I am told they have checked the keys one needs to be programmed the other doesn’t work at all but they don’t have the key in stock so they are waiting for Wesley Chapel ford to bring them a key . The guy says we don’t have the USB port it has to be ordered which I was told it was ordered the last time I was here about 2 weeks ago and was delivered.. so hondont they have it . I tell the guy this and he says well idk where it is if they did get it , let me check . Comes back and says oh the technician had it so they are going to install it and we still have to do the oil change . Okay so let me get this right I’ve been here for two hours already and nothing but checking the keys has been done . He says well checking the keys takes time .. 2 hours to check keys really this is ridiculous . Oh we can send you home in an uber and pick u up when it’s ready ummm no thank you the last time I did that the car wasn’t ready until 5:30 and nothing was even done to it then I came to pick up my car and they couldn’t find it so yeah I’ll wait . I’m starving tried to get a cup of tea and the hot water dispenser is not working I ask a guy in service about it and he says it’s hot , I said not hot enough to steep a bag of tea, I mean I can put my fingers in it and it’s not hot at all and he says but it’s hot . What good does Luke warm water do for me if I can’t make the tea I want . I will never come back to this place again for my car I will go to the Ford dealer by my house and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone . I’ve alwsys had a Nissan and went to Wesley chapel Nissan for everything and I have never had a problem there this is my husbands truck . More

They were INSTANTLY aware of the situation and informed that it is covered by t My mother dropped off her 2013 Ford Fiesta for a transmission shudder. They were INSTANTLY aware of the situation and informed that it is covered by the manufacturer up until 100,000. They provided her a loaner vehicle and had her on her initial way within 15 minutes. Upon returning, only a few days later after repair was completed, it too only took about 10 minutes to come in, return loaner, have her vehicle washed and returned to her. Johany is knowledgeable and cares about his clients. Keep it up! More
