Worst Service Ever Worst service ever. An object flung from a pickup flew under my car, damaged the plastic undercover, scratches and ding driver side and punctured tire Worst service ever. An object flung from a pickup flew under my car, damaged the plastic undercover, scratches and ding driver side and punctured tire. Took two days to plug tire. They never found out what was covered by warranty. Fortunately insurance is handling this. They did not know about the free key promise. When I bought the car and the Auto Butler warranty the sales people said two scratches on passenger front side would be fixed even though not covered; of course they declined to do it. Final straw- a week later I get a call telling me my car is ready for pickup. I told them I was looking at it in my driveway. These guys are great at selling but service is abysmal. I will use other Ford dealers for service and will never but from them again. More
