No Customer satisfaction My 2015 F350 has been back 4 times for the brakes and now for the 4th time for the rear differential and after a service I was not happy to get my tru My 2015 F350 has been back 4 times for the brakes and now for the 4th time for the rear differential and after a service I was not happy to get my truck back with low tire pressure and looked it over myself as I own my own High Performance Race shop and found the dirty air cleaner element too. There was oil dripping from the front suspension.The DEF heater failed and got repaired and was not repaired properly and had DEF fluid dripping on my garage floor and is back at Elder Ford. Now I wonder if my services were actually performed every 5k miles at Elder Ford. Mr Miguel Alvarez told me over the phone that Elder Ford can't repair my F350 and that I should take it to a different Dealer. I have left messages for Mr Alvarez to contact me but I have not heard back from him either. I have called 5 times today and left messages for Toni Governale to call me regarding my 2015 F350 and have not been contacted. I have a case number from Ford USA to give her regarding my truck. 15116707 All I want is my truck fixed right and properly. Edmond Grover 813 458 3423 More
