Very bad experience Try to get a discount from my owners advantage rewards and Michael Sean lie to me trying to make me believe that the price was already reduced that th Try to get a discount from my owners advantage rewards and Michael Sean lie to me trying to make me believe that the price was already reduced that the reward was applied to the card and when I get home and compare with my other oil changes I noticed that he never did!! I will never going back to that place! I ask to check my windshield because a seal is getting loose and was afraid that may feel on the road and he didn’t care! He said that I have to get another appointment only to be check and give me a quote!! If something happen to me or my windshield I will make them direct responsable. I never felt this way since I bought the car, but this is a review on my recently visit and that was what happen! So people if you going stay away from him!! I choose to wait and was surprised at how quickly the work was preformed. While there I was updated on the progress several times. The dealership had refreshments available and a comfortable Wait area. Overall it was a pleasant experience. More
