Neglected as a customer I scheduled an appointment on Saturday for my truck to be diagnosed. I was told that I would have to leave my truck and would be notified on Monday. I scheduled an appointment on Saturday for my truck to be diagnosed. I was told that I would have to leave my truck and would be notified on Monday. By Wednesday morning I still had not been notified. I had to leave a message for my rep, the assistant manager. I also left a message at the service desk. I did not receive a call back until 4 in the afternoon. I asked to have the quote emailed. The email never came. I left several messages over the next couple of days. Finally I personally go in on Monday to find that the assistant manager quit on Friday morning. The service manager met with me. Toni did not seem very knowledgeable. She could not explain why I was not contacted. She could not print my quote correctly, and had difficulty deciphering part numbers. I guess the service manager position is an administrator position, as Toni did not seem to know much about cars. Maybe that's why the assistant left. The service department could not diagnose the problem and Toni actually suggested that I leave my truck again! The only thing they got right was not charging me for the diagnostic. I will never go back. More

Amazing Service Above and Beyond We had to bring my husband‘s Ford F1 50 for service due to an engine light issue. Marty and Miguel were incredible with taking care of our needs and We had to bring my husband‘s Ford F1 50 for service due to an engine light issue. Marty and Miguel were incredible with taking care of our needs and also entertaining our children while we had to wait. We needed to be sent home in a rental car and Marty/Miguel made the transition easy and smooth for our family. The car was ready in the next morning with no problem. Amazing service all around we are so happy we got our vehicle from Elder ford! thank you again for all you did for our family More

I told him I would be back around 1 PM and he called me about an hour early to let me know me know my truck was ready. Overall a great experience. More

They even wash you vehicle Great service team. Get you in and out as stated when you check in. Employees are courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. My only gripe is that Great service team. My only gripe is that my tires were rotated as stated in my paperwork; which I informed the service manager that the tire were newly installed. I'm stating this because the service manager pointed out that two tires were installed incorrectly (not following the rotation). I did not realize that tires were rotated because vehicle was washed and only after I returned home and corrected the problem. But no worries, for human error, I'll be back for service in the future. More

Broken a/c in 100 degree weather I dealt with Johany in service. He was extremely professional and kept me up to date through out the process.
