This is ny third time at elder ford and everytime I have had an exceptional experience. Peter made sure to get my car in quick so I wouldn't be late for work and always kept me updated on the cars prognosis had an exceptional experience. The person who scheduled the appointment had no idea what I requested. After the appointment I asked for the alignment results, which is what I've received after every prior alignment, and I never received o I requested. They have had my car for over a week due to the brakes leaving an inch of break dust on my front tires; they keep telling me they’re attempting to figure out the issue and are constantly troubleshooting a leaving an inch of break dust on my front tires; they keep telling me they’re attempting to figure out the issue and are constantly troubleshooting and driving my vehicle yet I got a notice from my Ford app today that my car is in deep sleep mode as it hasn’t been turned on for at least 5 days. Beyond annoyed as it’s a brand new car purchased less a little over two weeks ago. On top of this they never answer the phone or return phone calls; asking for a manager doesn’t help either. I would rather pay for my car to be fixed than deal with these people for free. More
