The truck was repaired with 3 trips. The first trip was for diag and parts were on back order. I understand that, I work in a GM service depart and we too are dealing with back order par The first trip was for diag and parts were on back order. I understand that, I work in a GM service depart and we too are dealing with back order parts. I was reschedule for the second visit without contact. When I called to change the time, I was told the time was not available (7am) by the representative in your BDC. I know this is not true because my first appointment was a 7am appointment. I was inform the earliest slot was 8am, but I could just "come in" at 7am if I wanted. I knew this was just a recipe for disaster. The last thing an advisor needs first thing in the morning is to be double booked. I elected to call back later because this person was not being helpful. When I did call back I was able to get the 7am slot. However, even though there was an appointment, work was not able to flow fast enough through the shop for the repairs to be made. I had to reschedule for a third trip to have the repairs completed. My service advisor Johany was very polite and helpful. I cannot fault him for his efforts. The only issue I have is that there seems to be some sort of disconnect between the scheduling department and the service department. More
My car had 2 flat tires and they said that I will be ok driving with my 2 back flat tires, that was so irresponsable. If sometime happened to me, it could be a problem for Ford.
