Ridiculous $179 diagnostic fee when Told the manager problem. Unfriendly Manager could not give me the price of installation of the window motor. I guess Kenny Neal Ford later Hatfield Ford,where I got the car spoiled me, because they always would give me a price and fix the car without all this diagnostic fee crap. Luckily my dad taught me something about vehicles, and I feel sorry for people who no nothing about vehicle repair, for they are at the mercy of people like the service manager. I am assuming that these people work on some kind of a commission?We had gotten some of our maintenance done at Elder Ford but we won’t be back. Nor will I’d be purchasing my next Ford at that dealer. More
