This was an extremely bad situation. I personally called to make the appointment for my husband. I received the email and text confirmation. I had to fly out of town that morning so my h I personally called to make the appointment for my husband. I received the email and text confirmation. I had to fly out of town that morning so my husband showed up to the appointment and he was told he did not have appointment after giving my name and phone number so be went home. When I landed he contacted me to tell me, I sent him the confirmations I received and I called, the lady told me the truck was ready when the truck wasn't even there!!!!! my husband drove back to tell them and showed the confirmation text so they took in the truck and on top of all of this, the vehicle still isnt right! The steering wheel is still shaking! This is the worst service I have ever received! More

Loved being able to drop my car and get a Lyft home. Basics of the oil change were good.
