En general son el peor dealer de todo Estados Unidos apesar de ser una marca americana. Yo tengo dos ford en mi casa pero el servicio técnico con ellos en el dealer es pesimo te roban el dinero con la c apesar de ser una marca americana. Yo tengo dos ford en mi casa pero el servicio técnico con ellos en el dealer es pesimo te roban el dinero con la cara muy dura sin importar las garantias. Las garantías es por gusto porque te vuelven a cobrar las piezas y los precios para reemplazar una parte con ellos es mejor comprar otro carro nuevo. Yo mismo les compre una transmisión que supuestamente era nueva y era rebuild, encima vino dañada y la garantía no me cubría el daño, encima que pago por cambiar la pieza me trajeron la nueva con el mismo daño. Resumiendo mi carro se paso 3 meses y 17 días en el dealer solo por cambiar la transmisión que yo tuve que buscarla en otro dealer en miami porque ellos se tardaban 6 meses. Encima aun estoy esperando 1000 dolares que deberian devolverme por regresar la transmisión dañada. Por eso la toyota tiene mucha más fama en USA no siendo una marca americana. More

I have had my 2021 F150 in the shop three times now for problems with the trailer lights faulting out and nothing's been wrong with the trailer lights they keep telling me it's my trailer but it's every tr problems with the trailer lights faulting out and nothing's been wrong with the trailer lights they keep telling me it's my trailer but it's every trailer that I have hooked up to has a problem reading out on the dashboard of the truck but the lights are working fine I understand that this is a manufacturer thing and now it's a PCM update now my trailer brakes don't work and they have not been able to fix the problem now due to a Nationwide back order on the parts. I feel the dealership needs to work with Ford manufacturer to resolve this problem because there are several vehicles that are having the same difficulties More
