I was told that a car that I purchased online had passed inspections, and that all damage was disclosed to me before my purchase. Upon taking my vehicle to a local licensed certified mechanic specializing i inspections, and that all damage was disclosed to me before my purchase. Upon taking my vehicle to a local licensed certified mechanic specializing in Japanese imports as this was a Toyota RAV4 they let me know that the undercarriage was rusted out And was going to cause me significant issues. Upon taking pictures of the undercarriage and replacement parts that were also rusted through, I was very disappointed that this corrosion was not disclosed to me before I purchased the vehicle and had it shipped to me. This cost me $600 through Driveway. They are currently refusing to refund my shipping fee and I feel that this is unfair because the mechanic told me the vehicle had definitely been under water add the back hatch mechanics was also corroded with rust. Pictures were taken at the mechanic shop. Speaking with attorneys. I would like coverage for the $600 fee. More
They explained to me what was the problem my car had, then I needed a loaner and they did everything possible so I get a car to use while mine was at the shop .
