We basically did the deal over texting, we knew the vehicle we wanted, told them r situation with funds from insurance company and they met the price, plus still included the Ford Gold warranty. I have called 6 times to schedule a warranty service. I took 2 weeks before the service department (Liz) got back to me. She then stated the paint and collision dept would reach out, it’s been 10 days si I took 2 weeks before the service department (Liz) got back to me.
