We advised him who we were purchasing the car for and he included her in the purchase process to make her feel welcome and comfortable. I greatly apprciated his concern for her feelings during this process. I am very glad she was able to have a positive experience because she has overheard us talking about some absolute nightmare experiences with other dealers. I would highly recommend Elder Ford and Bill Geiger to anyone wishing to purchase a vehicle without all the normal headaches of purchasing a car. Bill was not the only staff were had the opportunity to deal with. Every staff member we contacted had an exemplary attitude and was very kind.
