Went in looking for a preowned Mustang, bought new! I went in there for a CPO 2014 Mustang GT, only to find out it was sold. Out of all the dealerships I've been to, none were as helpful as Elder Ford. I went in there for a CPO 2014 Mustang GT, only to find out it was sold. Spoke to A.J., who took the time to take my specifics and found me a 2015 GT and worked on me to get it into my price range. Kudos to the Elder team for phenomenal customer service! More

Rip Off Don't go Here! The service people are not honest and will rip you off. I took my Lincoln MKX in for some routine repairs yesterday. I needed a tire Don't go Here! The service people are not honest and will rip you off. I took my Lincoln MKX in for some routine repairs yesterday. I needed a tire patched quoted $25 and the door ajar light was not turning off when the door was closed. My car has an extended warranty with $100 deductible. So I'm looking at $125 repair. The service guy Rob calls me up and tells me I need $747 dollars worth of repairs, including brakes and a new tire. He said there was a nail in the side of the tire and it could not be repaired that is a lie. I wish I could upload pictures but the nail was directly in the center of the tire and I got it repaired elsewhere for $25. I was also told that there was nothing to be replaced with the door ajar light but they cleaned the sensor for $150 (A replaced sensor would have cost $100 with my warranty) how ironic. After I stated I did not have $747 he asked me how much did I have. Lesson learned no repairs @ $150. Worst experience ever, don't go here. More

Sad and disappointed I bought a really nice pick/up from Elder Ford in Tampa. I drove it home, which is about 70 miles and took it to my mechanic the next day. He was shocked when he found that the water level was below half, all tires were low and each different ranges of air pressure. Then to top it off he said it had new brake pads, however they had not turned the rotors and they were warped. This causes the pick/up to pulse and shake when you brake. He said they should never have let me drive it off the lot in that condition, as he considers it to be unsafe. I voiced my concerns to the manager, and sales man at Elder Ford and they said there was nothing they could do. More

Couldn't have been better! I came into the dealership after having corresponded for over a month with Jackie from the Sales team. During that time she communicated sale info, model availability, steps of purchase, etc., all the while simultaneously possessing a pleasant demeanor and utmost professionalism. I was super impressed with Elder Ford even before stepping one foot onto the lot. The experience was further elevated when Jackie paired me with Salesperson Rod Settles. The culture of kind professionalism is clearly evident- Let's just say that my credit score left much to be desired. Mr. Settles was very patient- he looked at my entire scenario (yes, I have subpar credit but a great work history and income-to-debt ratio) and was determined to help me get into a car that day. I ended up finding a 2014 Corolla that I'm in love with and while there my boyfriend test-drove an F150 that he's intent on getting ASAP! Oh, and I can't forget to mention the excellent advice that I got from Mr. Huckabee on rebuilding credit- that was an added touch that was certainly not expected but greatly appreciated! Thank you to the entire Elder Ford team for working so diligently-you're a class act, for sure! I'll be sending anyone asking about buying a vehicle your way! More
