Horrible I clearly explained what I wanted and what was going on and was told that Elder ford worked with every situation. After driving there 45 min, and doi I clearly explained what I wanted and what was going on and was told that Elder ford worked with every situation. After driving there 45 min, and doing more paperwork, picking out color to vehicle, sales guy says let me go get the keys and comes back with another sales manager to say they can’t work with me. Waste of time. Never again. I said I can put down 500-700 dollars, no figure was given to me as to what was actually needed. Basically, I was told nothing could be done for me. I will never waste my time going or speaking to people there again. More
