Great experience I came in with my Ford Focus because the transmission decides to die on me. I was taken care of rather promptly for just having walked in. Explained to me the process of them having to look at it and how it may or may not be covered by extended warranty. Thankfully it was covered and I had to pay nothing. When I picked up my car, Tyandre was very thorough in explaining the details of when they looked at it, test drove it etc. Also gave me a hand written copy of all these details. Great experience.
