Got talked in to struck I didn't want Call came to look at a ford truck f150 with.a v8 4 door . Had appointment with Eli but was busy so two other gentleman show a couple of truck that was not in Burgett of 18,000+ my dodge Dakota 05 I feel they did that to make me feel like I was going to get a great deal to break me down for a let down. When I was ready to leave they said we have other truck in there back lot that would work. They show me a couple with v6 turbo with 1/2 door . I told them I am looking for a v8 for towing a camper. They told me the v 6 with turbo has more 7000 pound and after I drive I would it . I did know the truck I got has the smallest motor 2.7 165 now I feel like I got put into something that is not going to handle what want . Sorry but if any one ask I don't feel I got treated fairly. More

Typical car salesman The truck was great. Deal was good. Same old sales tactics that make buying a car so annoying. I haven't bought a car from a dealership in a while and The truck was great. Deal was good. Same old sales tactics that make buying a car so annoying. I haven't bought a car from a dealership in a while and forgot how exhausting the games they play are. Low balled me on the trade, offered me sticker on an overpriced truck. Pushed some certified lifetime powertrain warranty as to why the price was so high. Finally settled on a price and now the finance guy is pushing hard for the extended warranty. When I tell him I don't need the warranty because I have a lifetime powertrain coverage, he tells me that's not gonna help because it only covers defects in materials and workmanship, not wear and tear... That's certainly not what the sales guys were telling me when we were haggling over the price. That was actually enough for me to walk out at that point, but the only other dealership in the state that had that color truck with options I wanted was clear across the state in Daytona. I was annoyed , but not that annoyed. The finance guy didn't let up with the warranty thing either. Every time I told him no he gave me a disapproving parent like lecture about why I needed it... At the end of the day, I left with the truck I wanted at a price I was okay paying but they almost sucked all of the fun out of my experience buying the nicest newest car I've ever owned. More

Oil change Took 3 hours with appointment and service advisor did not give me paperwork i had to ask for it.
