Did not receive reservation, service delayed I set up a reservation online. I arrived at the appointed time, but they did not have the reservation in their system. They assured me it was OK, but I set up a reservation online. I arrived at the appointed time, but they did not have the reservation in their system. They assured me it was OK, but the service appointment took twice as long as expected. They are also suffering from high turnover. No one is on the same page This was the 3rd time I had to return to the dealer bc my app was never set up right. The advisor seemed annoyed that he had to work with me. No loner as promised, no rental option was offered. Just bought a brand new F150 from them that was having issues. Waited 4 hours for them to tell me they had to order a part and still nothing was accomplished. 3 weeks later I still have not gotten a phone call or email that the part was ready to install. Nice lounge with Internet for all the waiting though. I even called the GM to provide feedback and never got a call back. Makes sense why maybe employees follow that model. More
