JW was amazing he stayed late into a Friday night making sure we were taken care of. He help us with the transfer process to our new truck and made sure GAS was put in it before I left. Managers need to learn customer service. I was not satisfied by how they handled my issues and wanted to offer less that what I payed for on my vehicle. Was not willing to make right on their mistakes they made on selling me a truck that was supposed to be certified and it ultimately wasn't. They also reniged on honoring the warranty that was sold to me. More
