Amazing and very easy to work with. Everyone is very attentive and meets expectations. The place looks better than any other dealership I've ever been to. Everyone is very attentive and meets expectations. The place looks better than any other dealership I've ever been to. More

DO NOT BUY OR LEASE FROM ELDER FORD! Please keep in mind while reading this, I AM IN THE FORD FAMILY, MY BROTHER IS THE GENERAL MANAGER OF THE MOST SUCCESSFUL FORD DEALERSHIP IN MY HOME Please keep in mind while reading this, I AM IN THE FORD FAMILY, MY BROTHER IS THE GENERAL MANAGER OF THE MOST SUCCESSFUL FORD DEALERSHIP IN MY HOME STATE UP NORTH. I went to ELDER Ford to buy a brand new Explorer. I closed the deal on a Saturday, and was told I could pick up the vehicle the following Monday. Monday comes, I pick up the explorer, but when I got home I realized that it is NOT the same vehicle I bought. Same color, same year, but DEFINITELY NOT THE SAME VEHICLE! It is a downgraded model, less features, and not as nice on the interior as the one I brought. They denied this.... 🙄 and acted as if I was mistaken, if not downright stupid. which I was NOT, and am NOT. Then of course when signing the paperwork, it was not pen and paper, but instead a digital, computer signature, like you would on an IPad or tablet. While negotiating the deal, they presented paperwork in which the deal we reached was noted and showed me it, but did not provide me copies and then when was time to sign, it was on an ipad type device. And apparently they applied that digital signature to a variety of things I did NOT agree to. I realized that I was opted In and out of things I knew nothing about. Even a donation type of thing, $150 that I had absolutely no knowledge of. Also, after the deal was signed, the terms of the deal changed. At first, there was no down payment required, then after i signed, there was magically a LARGE down payment required, and of course claimed that it was explained to me, and that I supposedly agreed to it.....But I DID NOT DO NO SUCH THING! But i had already signed which left me powerless to do anything, and they were well aware of the financial leverage they now had over me. Also, i was unable to take my husband with me due to his work schedule, that being said, i feel very strongly that they took full advantage of that situation, me being a woman there with only my 12 yr old daughter with me. I could state more snake-like maneuvers, with the paperwork, but it would take much time than i have. Then, the vehicle had issues in which a brand new car should not have. Obviously I called the dealership about the issues and it was like trying to get ahold of the President of the United States. Difficult to say the least. Unanswered calls, and put on hold for ridiculous amounts of time. Then finally dropped my truck off for a leaking window seal which air and water would leak through. They kept the vehicle much much longer than I was told, AND DIDNT EVEN FIX THE ISSUE. I then took back to have fixed again, and again the problem WAS NOT FIXED AGAIN. But this time when I got the vehicle back, it was filthy and had a child's dirty shoe prints all over the back of the driver and front passenger seats. Obviously there was 1 or more children in car seats, in the back seats. (Parents know what I'm talking about with kids in car seats and how their shoes hit against the backs of seats) so either the mechanics or some other employee used my brand new car to take their kids to soccer, groceries,& God know where else, or, Ford now employs children who are small enough to require car seats. Foolishly I did not write down my mileage before hand but honestly didn't think I would need to, especially since I am more than a customer, but the sister of a GENERAL MANAGER IF A VERY MAJOR DEALERSHIP! Not to mention how extremely rude the mechanic was when I conversated with him about the mechanical issues, and was rude more than once, in more than 1 conversation, and not mention lied to my face, and the Assistant GM verified his lie to me, and apologized profusely on his employees behalf, and then promised me heaven and earth, and now wont even return my calls. This dealership and its employees are the very reason why car dealers, new and used, get such a bad reputation as far as not being honest and trustworthy. To say that I am un happy and disappointed in my experience with ELDER FORD would More
