Yes ? ? I thought I had an appointment earlier. However, the warning messages were not showing up. So, I was sent away. I was 2 3/4 miles away from the deal ? I thought I had an appointment earlier. However, the warning messages were not showing up. So, I was sent away. I was 2 3/4 miles away from the dealership and the warning messages came back on. Which, I had to have my Month and half old vehicle Towed back to the dealership. This is my second time back at the dealership, first time 7-22-2025 same SUV needed the windshield replaced and the backup camera was not working properly. The dealership sold it to me in that condition. What, I can say is the rental car part of the dealership makes sure you have a nice vehicle to drive until yours is ready to go again. More

I am not happy with the lack of communication once my car was being serviced. After not hearing from the advisor for three days, I had to call, only to be hung up on every time I tried to reach the service t was being serviced. After not hearing from the advisor for three days, I had to call, only to be hung up on every time I tried to reach the service team. On my last attempt, I was finally able to get a third-party answering company to acknowledge my issue, but I still couldn’t speak to anyone from the service department. To make matters worse, one of the problems I brought my vehicle in for still persists. Overall, I was very unhappy with the entire experience. More
