Before my car was even looked at by a technician, the service desk guy was already telling me what I did/didn’t need. My drop off time was 7:30am and when I called at 3:30 for an update, they hadn’t even service desk guy was already telling me what I did/didn’t need. An hour later they had a diagnosis and said they would need to keep my car for a few days because they didn’t have the parts. This was a huge inconvenience because I commute an hour to work daily. The service advisor was courteous and professional. The price for labor is outrageous; out of a bill of $1113, $795 was for labor. Made an appointment with a salesman to test drive a specific vehicle. Arrived promptly at 9 am from 6 hours away. Appointment was confirmed several times. Salesman had entirely wrong vehicle "ready" f specific vehicle. Arrived promptly at 9 am from 6 hours away. Appointment was confirmed several times. Salesman had entirely wrong vehicle "ready" for us. We were told that their "sister" dealership had come and retrieved the vehicle we wanted that morning for a customer to test drive. He said he would text me when he found out something. Haven't heard a word since. Got an the standard followup email from a "sales manager" claiming he wanted to ensure we had an exemplary experience, I replied with what happened. Silence. Someone else, an "internet manager" reached out to my husband who responded with what happened as well. Silence. Shameful. We went to a competitor and purchased what we wanted. I have never been treated like this before. Shameful. Never got an apology from anyone. More
