Empty promises, blown deadlines, and a complete lack of urgency or respect for my time. I was told the finance process would be quick and easy—then sat there waiting for over an hour. No updates. No apology. Just waiting. Then, to make things worse, the car had a flat tire. Fine, things happen. But I was assured the new tire would be in the next day, put on immediately, and the car delivered. I was told the tire arrived at 9AM—yet somehow I’m still sitting here hours later, with nothing. No delivery, no explanation, just another wasted day. And when I spoke to Carlos to try to get answers? His response wasn’t to help, to expedite, or to make things right. He flat-out said, “I can cancel the deal if you like.” Are you kidding me? That’s your solution? That’s your idea of customer service? This is exactly why people hate dealing with car dealerships. I will never come back here, and I’ll make sure everyone I know hears about this experience. More
