The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and he was straightforward with the numbers and respectful of how I wanted to handle the deal. I never felt pressured into add‑ons or extras, and everything we agreed to on the front end is exactly what was in the final paperwork. Ricky Sandoval was very good to work with. All was good except when we had to wait a very long time to get all the paperwork done when we had an app’t & still had to wait (not Ricky’s fault) b All was good except when we had to wait a very long time to get all the paperwork done when we had an app’t & still had to wait (not Ricky’s fault) because someone else was waiting on bank approval or whatever - I would think the manager’s could work on more than one deal at a time. Everything else was very good. More
