This was the first time getting my car serviced at El Cajon Ford. I was surprised to learn that my car's service history was not available via computer from Pearson Ford (which is no longer in business). Cajon Ford. Kathleen explained that it was due to a Privacy issue, but she assured me that I would receive the best of service and that I would be notified of all future service recommendations. Although I do not qualify for shuttle service to my office (further than 12 miles), I will return to El Cajon Ford for future service. More

I purchased a 2004 F350 truck for my husband as a surprise. He will be returning from Iraq soon he has been gone for now over a year so this is his big deal coming home gift . I was happy to have found just what i was looking for and the price i wanted at El Cajon Ford .The sales men were great , but the truck was a mess and not clean . I have been in rental cars that have been cleaner . i was told they would re-detail it. I explained that this was going to be a gift and it needed to be nice and clean , i came back down 3 days later to ask then to re-do it again ..... I called the service Dept. to talk to the Dept lead only to be put to someone's voice mail with out a explication twice ! Then the alarm system i purchased as an add on did not come with any new key controls only the old one that came with the truck so for $ 699.99 i really get what i already had in the truck when i bought it . there customer service is lacking customer service. I go back down this week to see if they cleaned out the baby food and the ick out of the truck before i bring it home again ! More
