Haley called a few days later to see if I had any questions about the car or how to work any of the features. The main thing I liked about this dealership is that they were not pushy and were interested in answering my questions. To me that makes car shopping a more pleasant experience. After going in to see if we could trade in our vehicle for a different car, we were told that we had too much negative equity at the time.
