Roy was GREAT! He was so friendly. He made it the best experience we have ever had buying a new car. Our only complaint was with the man we had to deal with in the finance dept. We feel like he was almost trying to talk us out of buying the vehicle. When asked direct questions he would go on and on about several different things and would not give a specfic answer. We were in his office over an hour listening to him go on and on! We ended up adding GAP to our loan, which is something we told him twice that we did not want but he kept pushing the issue. We felt VERY pressured by him. As we said though, Roy was outstanding! We would love to be able to use HIS services again. More

The sales staff worked with us to get the car we wanted at the price we needed. Both, Jason and the person in financial (forgot his name) were very easy to work with. Only issue we had was that the carfax that they had for the VIN number on the car stated that the car was white (the car is maroon) and the mileage was a little higher than what the car's odometer read. That made us a little skeptical about the car, but Jason and the sales manager assured us that the carfax report was for our car. More

When the need comes that I do need service, when I walk into to service departmen I am greeted by very compertable technicians that get to my problem immediately. Most impressive is that when Darlene,service manager, see's me I get a big hug!
