My 4 month old vehicle I’m very unhappy with my experience with the service department with my new car! The service tech I worked with was nothing but pleasant with me, but I’m very unhappy with my experience with the service department with my new car! The service tech I worked with was nothing but pleasant with me, but did not fix my problem. My frustration is more with Hyundai and Blue link as well as the service department. I bought a BRAND new vetches that I’ve only had for 4 months and the “check engine light” is ALREADY come on, that is unacceptable to me!! More
Engine light came on one day after getting car back My Hyundai was one of the many with the faulty engine that failed and needed to be replaced under warranty. They replaced the entire engine and they had my car for 3 months, which I understand parts were back ordered so that is not the reasoning for my one star rating. Any time I called for an update they acted like I was a huge inconvenience. Having only called 3 times for the entire 3 months I did not understand. I would leave voicemails and would never be called back. I would always have to have my husband call because they gave him updates no problem. Kendall would never call me back and would only speak directly with my husband. I am not sure if he has a problem speaking with women or what but even when I went up to speak with someone, he made the desk people tell me the update. I got my car back saturday, drove it sunday and it was shaking weird. I told my husband we'd have to take it back in because something was wrong with it. Monday morning my car wouldn't start. We had to try to start it over and over and once it started the check engine light was on. My husband brought it back in and we have yet to receive an update on what they have found wrong with it and I can't imagine we will any time soon. More
Terrible service once again. Asked tech to fix passenger headlight. Told me he did but it was out when I got home. Coolant leak in same area which would have been found if they actually addressed my headlig headlight. Told me he did but it was out when I got home.
