No Response or Communication I have had good service in the past. I recently took my car in for a possible transmission issue. I was told I would receive a call to update me by th I have had good service in the past. I recently took my car in for a possible transmission issue. I was told I would receive a call to update me by the end of the day. I never did and had to call. I was then told I would receive a call the next day and did not receive a response. I waited a day and never heard back and then called and was told someone would call me back and no one did. Only when I called back again did I receive a response that my call was ready. It was a very stressful experience not knowing what was needed for my car. The only upside is that it wasn't the transmission and that there was no cost. I was very disappointed with the lack of communication. More

Oil change and recall fix. This visit was for an oil change (around 25K miles) and a recall- something had to be checked. No problems, I was in one of the waiting rooms by myself so no virus risk. A fuel system additive (BG brand) was also put in for $17.95. I hope this will help with the engine hesitating when it is cold. More

They sold me a lemon. The car hadn't detailed and they half cleaned it when they did detail it. The transmission started acting up a few weeks later. When I mentioned it they said everything was fine. Now half cleaned it when they did detail it. The transmission started acting up a few weeks later.
