The service department kept my car for 9 weeks. I understand having to wait on parts but there were 3 instances that my car sat there for almost a week and it wasn’t even being looked at. Service advisor was extremely nice and professional but the detail was completed poorly, my vehicle was half vacuumed and I had to ask them re-wash my car d/t the poor job that was completed. New facility. Had to have navigation head unit replaced due to nav display going crazy when destination was input. Was told that it would be a long delay on getting the part in. After a couple months of not getting a call I decided to call and ask if part had arrived. Was told that the part had been in for a few weeks, but no one had tried to contact me to set up a drop-off time. Also needed paint chip touch up. Repair was so bad that they decided not to charge me. Still having issues with the navigation and will try another repair facilinext time. More
