Everyone is always friendly and I'm happy with the services I need. The downside is they offer free car wash but either they have no one there or I get a sure we can do that and I get to my car and it services I need. This is the third year of my lease, and I was told 3 years ago a separate Genesis service center/sales building was almost under construction...it still has not been built. With that said, AFTER service is scheduled ALL is excellent after that. The valet was timely, and all service performed in a quick and professional fashion. More
