During my last visit, I had an appointment set for 3 PM. I arrived at 2:45 and was asked to wait in the red building next door due to construction. I was told when my car was finished someone would come get me. 4:30 rolls around and I get tired of waiting seeing as how I only came for an oil change, had an APPT, and it was going on two hours. I walked back over to the other building to find my car just parked there. I waited by my car for 15 minutes before anyone came outside and I was put on hold when I called while waiting by my car. When I asked if it was done, I was told yes and was handed my keys. No one came and got me nor went over any extra info . The gentleman who got my keys from me in the beginning was awesome and kind, short reddish beard and glasses I believe! The rest of my experience was not so great, unfortunately. More
