Scheduled my appointment with ease and asked for the car wash. When I had the reminder call for my appointment the car wash was also mentioned and confirmed. My experience with edmond Hyundai service has been terrible. I had a scheduled oil change that took over 2.5 hours to complete. Granted, I also asked them to check on a light since my car was reading terrible. I had a scheduled oil change that took over 2.5 hours to complete. Granted, I also asked them to check on a light since my car was reading ‘check running lights’. At the end of the day, they did not fix the light error. Also during the appointment they would tell me ‘not much longer’ when I still had to wait over an hour. To top that off, when I drove away I noticed an odd sound. Later my husband discovered that they did not reconnect the air filter box to the engine intake AT ALL. This has us questioning if the oil was even really changed. They did not return my calls the day of the appointment and my husband has had to call the service manager multiple times. They claim they call us back but we have no record of such. We have no idea why we are treated so poorly when there are other positive reviews. We will never deal with this dealership for service or any associated entity for any car needs ever nor will we recommend to anyone else. More
