Don't understand why I was sent an email saying I needed over a $1000 worth of work on my car and have never been told this before. So to say I was shocked to receive an email stating that is an understate over a $1000 worth of work on my car and have never been told this before. I should have been told this when I've had other services done to that I'm not hit up all at once for something that "Needs Immediate Attention" and not being able to have it all done at once because of the cost. I also would have preferred a phone call and not just an email asking me to give approval on everything that needed to be done so that I could go over everything with an advisor. And not everyone checks their email everyday so had I not I would have had to set another appt to go back in and I'm in sales and need my vehicle so having to go back in when they already had my car would have been the correct thing to do. So I had a few other things done and then I made the decision to go elsewhere for my parts and labor that is much more affordable but I have always preferred having everything done at the dealership. So my little routine oil change turned into something much more costly! It's not the service advisors fault because he is new so had no prior knowledge. Which is also bothersome because I get to know the service dept and gain trust in my advisor only to find out they have left and I get someone knew and have to start all over and then come in again and they are gone. I want to be able to have a service dept that doesn't change hands as much as I have experienced in my dealings with Edmond Hyundai. I bought both my Santa Fe's from Automax Hyundai MWC who was also my client at the time and even went out of my way to have my service done in MWC but thought I would with try Edmond Hyundai since that is where I live and the drive made more sense. As far as the service dept as a whole I have no problems with but there are issues that need to be addressed. More
The Edmond Hyundai dealership was very deceptive and dishonest when the final contract was presented to me. The MSRP that was listed on the sticker was not the final price minus rebates that I signed. I dishonest when the final contract was presented to me. The finance kept pushing those add on services and that made me feel trapped. I came back to the dealership and canceled the gap and multishield items on 5/13/21. With the cancellation of those items I’m still paying more than the sticker plus doc fee minus the rebates. I feel as if I was taken advantage of. I have bought five Sonatas from your dealership and will definitely be my last. More

Hello, I took my car in for a lot of issues one was uploading a new software because the lights were coming on my cruise control is not working properly starting distance-learning keep on going on and uploading a new software because the lights were coming on my cruise control is not working properly starting distance-learning keep on going on and off your hands for collusion like was on, I was told about the battery and the starter their window needed the one on top moonroof sometime in the future needs to be re-grease store done right by you guys, a lot of money it shows how much it cost, I did not get charged yesterday which was really nice but but I was hoping the software upgrade or the software up putting the deer would’ve taking out all the forms it seems to town. Meaning I didn’t want little lights on my dashboard to keep showing up I’m just driving for making sure that the cruise control works great. You guys kept my car for close to six hours, what I recommend somebody in but the service was questionable More
Went in for my oil change and left with a service light on. I had to re-drop my car off for 3 days before they had a chance to even look at my car. Turns out it was a system message that comes on after a certain distance. Service doesn't have a set schedule on when they will be done with your car or even when they will find time to review it. Management does not call back. Disappointing experience from the start. The only thing good about my experience is Tanner Summy wonderful personality. More
