I'm a client for more that 8 years. My last experience was awful, the lady that is at the front dest is very rude and care less about service and customer service. The people at the service department are was awful, the lady that is at the front dest is very rude and care less about service and customer service. The people at the service department are great as always. The bad review is specific for my experience with the woman. I asked her to call to the service department to verify if my car was ready, she told me that I'm more than welcome to walk to there. I was at the Genesis building because they are under construction. I was far away and I walk through a dangerous area. My car was ready long time ago, and she made me wait for almost 3 hours and never asked me anything and didn't want make a call for me. I went back for a service couple of day after because service department recommended to change the back brakes and and other maintenance issues. This time I left the car, I call 5 hours after to check if my car was ready, the same woman said 'you are more than welcome to come and verify with them" apparently thats her slogan. Horrible person and a really bad customer service ethic. She needs training urgently. In 8 years this is my first complaint ever. More
