Service was very good. However due to construction the parking and walk to the Genesis side was inconvenient. I went for a SCHEDULED oil change, car wash, and to check out the lock button on my car not working. I was told there might be a wait for the car wash due to construction but once the oil change was done the out the lock button on my car not working. I was told there might be a wait for the car wash due to construction but once the oil change was done then they would let me know the wait time. After waiting around for over 1.5 hrs (100 minutes to be exact), I went over to the service area where my keys were sitting on a counter and I was told that they needed to check someone else out. After the service person (Justin?) checked out the other person he handed my paper to someone else, who printed off the paperwork. I asked this new guy about the button and he knew nothing about it, he said he would call me but never did. No car wash was done. The car was sitting parked after the oil change for who knows how long. Considering only an oil change was done, it was an extremely long wait for a scheduled appointment. Just before Justin handed my paperwork to someone else, he told me that construction delayed everything and they only had 2 bays and their power was turned off, but no one ever notified me. I was waiting outside of a different building due to the construction and I saw Justin drive by a couple times, he never updated me about it taking longer. Frankly, I wonder if an oil change was even done or if they just parked my car and never got to anything. Very disappointing, especially for a place that states they have good customer service. More

The construction is causing major headaches from customer perspective. I have never experienced customer service of this caliber before. From the first contact until my car was returned I was made to feel that I was the most important customer.
