We normally have a good experience but this time we waited on the lot for almost 2.5 hours for an oil change we had an appointment for. Then the mileage on the report was the mileage from our previous waited on the lot for almost 2.5 hours for an oil change we had an appointment for. Then the mileage on the report was the mileage from our previous oil change months before, so we wondered if the service was actually completed. We called them 4 times and texted for an update during the fiasco but never got an answer as to where our vehicle was or what was going on. I emailed Wes, the contact I had for the service department but haven't gotten a response, so they may not be with the company anymore. Bought my 2021 Tucson Brand new only to need a new A/C compressor at the beginning of summer. Service dept told me I could not get a loaner car while the car was being serviced. Out my car for 3 days only compressor at the beginning of summer. Service dept told me I could not get a loaner car while the car was being serviced. Out my car for 3 days only to need a part ordered. I waited for almost a week to be notified about part. Nothing. I called to check on part and told it was in. When were they going to call me?
