The guys in the service department are wonderfully kind! It took way too long, however, for a scheduled oil change. 2 hours is excessive when I scheduled it. Came in the first time on my own without a man for an oil change after my warranty was out and came out w over a $1000 repair estimate even tho every other repair since then was not mentioned before hand. The ladies that book the appointments for service one of them is extremely rude and not helpful. It took a month to To get my car in for some thing that was wrong with it the day that I bought it.
